I get a chance to watch the competition; I’m getting Washington/San Diego and Chicago/Tampa Bay now with Seattle/Giants later. What do you see?

Getting the same games here in San Antonio Raf,cowboys signed LB Michael Barrow and Eagles charge Cowboys with tampering in the TO case and NFL looking into it…..other than that GO Seahawks!(just for today)

    Sharkz,

Where did you get the info on the tampering charge? I don’t see it from the usual suspects.

Rafael they mentioned it on the FOX pre-game show, apparently the comments Jerry Jones made, the report stated the NFL is looking into it.

Okay. That sounds like the Eagles grasping at straws. The NFL would have to find evidence of the Cowboys initiating contact with T.O. or his people to make it stick and I doubt that Jerry, even in his craziest moment, is that stupid.

As for Barrow, well, they need somebody to play SOLB. Fujita and Burnett were TERRIBLE on Thursday.

Never thought they’d miss Al Singletom so much, did you?

Nope the Singleton loss is looming large at this point, and barrow hasn’t played in two years,I mean if he was worth a darn why wasn’t he playing? As far as the tampering,I agree on the Eagles grasping at straws, all i know Jerry to have said was that TO could sleep on the star, that hardly indicates tampering I would think.

IMO two thigs that would make this hum would be a ferocious OLB(in the Fujita spot) and a Jamar Martin type fullback that blows people up at the point of contact(remember him?)but BP likes pass catching FB’s and Martin wasn’t….just some thoughts.

Same games on network in Richmond, VA but I’m checking in periodically on Bengals-Ravens for no particular reason other than I find orange alluring–as is probably no surprise to you or Raul, Rafael.

Every time I look in on the Chargers game, it’s just in time to see Brunell throw for a first down, so I’ve sworn off that game.

I see Alex Brown having a nice game. The Bears defense looks legit to me, and Kyle Orton looks like a rookie but capable. Their offense is a year or two behind their D. They remind me of that Ravens team with Dilfer.

I can watch the Bengals-Ravens or any game thanks to Sunday Ticket, but it’s weeks like this that have me wondering about the value of such access. It keeps me out of bars on the weeks I need it though!

How has Barrow been? I lost track of him after he went to Washington. Didn’t he play for the Jets and te Giants? Isn’t he out of The U?

Mike Barrow actually started with the Oilers, then went to Carolina, then Giantas then the Redskins. He was big time at one point. I wonder what he has left…

I’m not sure what he has left Alan,it will be interesting to see.He did have something like 106 tackles in 2004 which was his last season I think…wonder if he can play OLB?

This sucks. I found out that next week Fox wont be showing the Cowboys Giants game, because CBS has a double header. Why is it that if a network has a double header the other network cant show two games.

another idiot….Feeley misses from 34 yards and the game goes to OT…so now, Alexanderplease shove it up their a$$ and set up the stage for us to take over first place on our own next week…

    Thanks

    onepaniolo on November 27th, 2005 8:07 pm

Wow!!! Thank You, Feeley! It seems like we’re not the only ones with kicking woes. He missed 3 game-winning field goals. Cundiff doesn’t look so bad now, huh guys?

There is so much parity in the NFC, that no team looks like a surefire winner to go face the AFC in the Super Bowl. That means that our ‘Boys have as good a chance as any down the stretch! Go Cowboys!

Got something to say?
