Terence Newman questionable with groin injury

It’s hard to believe, but we’ve got another injury problem. Terence Newman returned from surgery last week to play one of his better career games by shutting gown Santana Moss. Now, it’s Newman who may be shutdown for this weekend’s game. He strained a groin muscle but not the one he just had surgery on.

Terence Newman did not practice Friday because of a groin injury suffered in Thursday’s practice, but owner and general manager Jerry Jones said it did not involve the surgery Newman had last month that knocked him out for six games.

Right now he is listed as questionable for the game, he didn’t practice today and it appears he’ll be a game-time decision.

What else can go wrong? Wait, I didn’t really ask that because I don’t really want an answer.

The NFL made it official, the Commish has given Pacman the go-ahead to start practicing Monday and he can play against Pittsburgh. 

The NFL confirmed Friday that suspended cornerback Adam “Pacman” Jones can join the Dallas Cowboys on Monday and that he can play again Dec. 7 against Pittsburgh - but only if he stays on his best behavior.

He must comply with his out-patient treatment for his alcohol rehabilitation as well as just plain staying out of trouble.
